Young People
DISC believe that all children and young people, regardless of their circumstances, should be able to reach their full potential.
We focus on giving children and young people the very best start in life by providing intensive and individualised support, advice and training. We specialise in working with children and young people who are disadvantaged, vulnerable or ‘at risk’ to help them overcome barriers and turn their lives around.
Established since 1986, we have gained a highly regarded reputation for successfully achieving outcomes, with the hardest to reach children and young people, where other services have previously failed. We have an impressive track record of working with children and young people and we know what works. By empowering children and young people to have a say in the services they access, we are able to turn pioneering and innovative ideas into best practice at ground level.
