Every Child Matters Training Coordinator looks after the interests of the workforce development needs of the Children and Young People’s sector in the VCS in Co Durham. Heading up a multi-agency training team made up of both public sector and VCS personnel (including DISC personnel), which fits with the multi-agency settings in which they are delivering training. The ECM Coordinator ensures the team are fit for purpose by providing a programme of continual professional development. CAF training has been delivered an in the near future common core skills will be rolled out across the county. This training is an identified need in the CYPF workforce .
Referral Criteria:
Those employed and/or volunteers in CYPF sector who will benefit from training.
