J2R
The service is delivered by the J2R partnership which includes DISC as lead partner, Inward House Projects and DELPHI Medical.

It is aimed at supporting a range of people with varying substance misuse issues using the recovery model approach. Service users will have their own recovery worker who will remain with them throughout their there journey to recovery and will encourage and support service users to undertake a range of structured interventions and activities.

The service also provides the following:-
  • Harm Reduction – including needle exchange
  • Advice & Assistance- including family and friends
  • Structured Psychosocial interventions
  • Counseling service
  • Group work/Structured Programmes
  • Prescribing services via DELPHI medical
The service has two main office hubs which are in Morecambe and Fleetwood alongside 2 satellite offices in St Anne’s and Lancaster

Referral
Substance Misusers that are 18+ (Drugs, alcohol, prescription and steroids) living in North Lancashire, Morecambe, Fleetwood, St Anne’s and Lancaster.
