First Step Engagement
1st Step Engagement is an ESF scheme which is fundamentally about providing an innovative model that engages people furthest from the labour market, within the Wakefield and Bradford post code areas.
We assess and address barriers and provide flexible provision tailored to meet the customer’s needs and enable their progression towards and into sustainable employment
Referral Criteria
Unemployed and living in Bradford or Wakefield area.
