Bright Futures helps women from minority groups to access accredited training to enable them to find work. The Programme is flexible and easy to access. It is a woman only environment and relevant to individual needs. Bright Futures fits in with Child Care needs and delivered by women for women.
- A programme of one to one or small group activity over 4-16 weeks
- An individual action plan to meet your needs
- Accredited training courses to help develop you toward work
- Each woman will receive help and support toward certificates and Record of Achievement
