Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)
Providing information, advice and guidance for those people wanting to improve their job prospects, gain qualifications or make the most out of their jobs. The service also imparts information and advice on new jobs, childcare, grants for learning and training, and where to go for help with a disability. Services include face to face and outreach.
Referral Criteria
If the client is 20+ and requires information & signposting around training and employment.
