IB Specialist Advisor
IBSA is a tailored one to one support package for incapacity claimants. The service aims to work with clients in order to tackle barriers such as lack of accommodation, substance misuse, mental health issues and debt, in order to help clients move nearer to the labour market. The service is primarily delivered on an outreach basis. Staff will work with clients in order to help them to identify goals and put action plans in place to achieve these goals.
Referral Criteria
Living in County Durham, Sunderland, South Tyneside and on Incapacity Benefit.
