Floating Support County Durham
We provide 115 places of support for 16-25 year olds across Easington, Sedgefield, Teesdale, Wear Valley, Durham and Chester-le-Street. We provide appropriate support to prevent repeat homelessness and help people to lead stable lives. Below are examples of the work we undertake in order to provide well-motivated and good quality support to service users, enabling them to have more control and choice in their lives:-
