Job Coaching, Employment and Work Skills

This project supports you to move towards training or employment. We work with individuals to build a training course to help meet their needs. We can provide a range of support including:-

Improving your reading, writing and working with numbers
Training leading to qualifications
Access to job coaching - to help you identify your goals

Job Coaching can help you with your choices and goals and identify training opportunities and real employment experiences.

This course is 14 weeks and is delivered in partnership with Adult Learning.

The course is delivered on a rolling basis - there are no fixed start dates.

It operates 7 days a week flexibly. Payments can be made by hourly or daily rates.
