These elements can offer support if the client is having difficulties with finances, coping with work, health or relationships. We can put help in place if they are thinking about leaving their job or if issues are affecting their ability to sustain their employment. A listening ear and friendly consultant can help to overcome barriers and provide the support that the client needs.
Referral Criteria:
- Those who have previously been on Incapacity Benefit and have recently gone back into employment.
- Clients must have been on Pathways to Work programme and have gone back to work or have a start date and be living within Northumberland District.
