Leeds Integrated Offender Management Service
Location: Mabgate Mills, Leeds
Salary: £14430 – £15623
You will be required to provide administrative support to the DISC IOM team in Leeds. You will have an
accommodating approach and will be our first point of contact for telephone referrals from our criminal justice partners. As administrator, you will be based within the integrated team at Mabgate working in partnership with the police, probation services and other partners to achieve sustainable positive outcomes for service users in Leeds.

You will be required to provide strategic management and leadership for the West of the
city, working within partnerships within Forward Leeds.
Harm Reduction Worker (maternity cover)
Salary: £17,683 – £21,780
Based within our Harm Reduction Hub, you will be required to work as part of a team to provide invalua-ble harm reduction advice and information, assessment, and case management to substance misusers (Drug and Alcohol) at different stages of their recovery journey. The role will predominantly be based in Sunderland city centre with some work in Houghton and Washington required each week.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with partner agencies, pharmacies and outreach locations.

The successful applicant must be able to work independently and have experience of completing comprehensive assessments and support plans for young people who require specialist support. Previous experience of delivering group work and support sessions to young people across a varied age range is also preferred.
